Chard Monday EveryOne
Well another weekend has come and gone, the clocks have been changed and we are full on for the holiday mode. But to get there were have to take it one day at a time and work our way thought it. Since all of us are still reading this, I am fully convinced none of us have won a lottery or come into some wicked inheritance. We we need to get our heads on straight, get our eyes wide open and the cobwebs out from between the hollows of the cranium, pin the ears back and look to give it all we’ve got, not just for today but each day of this week. I know it’s not the first thing many of us really want to do, in fact if we look at the statistics, not many of us are working the fields we studied in school, not many of us are in our “dream job”, not many of us think we are making much of a difference. But first things first, we need to stop looking at what we don’t have and start being thankful for what we do have. We need to stop boo-hooing about what isn’t and look at what is. We need to see our way through day the best that we can do it and then look beyond to what our next steps or opportunities might be to make some changes. We need to give all to what we have and find all the good in it while looking to improve our situation instead of doing nothing in the present while complaining what we don’t have. Now we need to dig down inside and find that attitude of gratitude and put on a happy face, while we are pulling on those hikers, and taking hold that staff. Along the way we will come on those with some real needs, get ready to stop and be of whatever help you can and see them to the next help staton. Now what do we need to do, get it together, what do we need to accomplish, making the best of whatever is given us, how do we make it through the day, one step at a time and with a heart full of cheer. Now time to get moving and go make us a most Happy, Happy all day long.
